Jillian Walters, Principal
Jillian has been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry in South-East Queensland since 1978, and became a Licenced Real Estate Agent in 1992. In 1997, Jillian made the significant career decision to specialise in the Investment Property segment of the Industry. As Principal of Investment Real Estate Sales, Jillian provides a service to property investors which concentrates on those areas of South-East Queensland in which population growth is planned; for example the new Housing Estates being established in the "Growth Corridor" linking Brisbane to the Gold Coast (eg Coomera, Pimpima, Ormeau), Ipswich and surrounds (eg Raceview), selected areas of the Gold Coast itself, as well as the new suburbs to the North of Brisbane.
